bNear – quick exit, new beginnings
Founded in 2022 by Martin Lang, Fritz Fried, Sascha Theismann and Malte Hendricks, bNear quickly established an app within the Microsoft ecosystem. Just two years after launch, the team achieved a successful, profitable exit.
In May 2024 Solutions2Share, a Microsoft app developer based in Fürth, acquired the startup. The product continues to be developed under its new owner – co-founder Fritz Fried stays on board.
